Retainer Program – Your Personal Designer
With the retainer program, you will secure a professional designer to help with all your design needs while building a long term relationship with someone who knows your brand.
If you have on-going design work you need throughout the year but don’t want to hire a full-time designer on your staff, consider subscribing to our graphic design services on retainer. Simply, you pay a fee upfront each month, and a block of time will be allocated just for you on the schedule. This gives us the ability to plan workload ahead of time and allows you to meet any deadlines you have.

• Web Updates & Maintenance – content, graphics and web maintenance for WordPress sites.

Retainer program Details
• The retainer program is only for clients who already have their logo and basic brand guidelines completed – new logo designs do not fall under this program.
• 3-month minimum commitment is required.
• A set number of hours is allocated each month. Please see the pricing below. The overage in design time will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
• If additional time is needed for the month, you will be made aware before committing to pay extra.
• Payment is due on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month.
• Unused retainer hours will expire at the end of each month and they do not rollover.
